Climate, Art, and Activism: A Forum and Open Mic with the 350NH Youth Team

It's so easy to feel despair at the state of the climate crisis in NH - especially with the flooding, fires, and other natural disasters facing us this year. BUT - there is also hope. People across NH have been fighting for climate justice for generations, and today's youth are taking the lead to make sure we can build a better future together.

Join us to celebrate local art and activism in the climate movement at our forum and open mic night, hosted by the 350NH Youth Team. We will share art, poems, and hold a forum to talk about the state of the climate crisis in NH - and what we need to do together to move forward. We'll name what we want to see NH do to address the climate crisis, hold space for storytelling, talk about how we can educate the public on these important issues, and take action together in pursuit of a livable climate and future.

WHEN: FRIDAY, AUGUST 16th from 6:00PM - 8:00PM

WHERE: Concord Unitarian Universalist, 274 Pleasant St. Concord NH

You're invited to attend this event and submit your art - paintings, drawings, sculptures, poetry, short stories, or anything in between - showcasing your response to the climate crisis and/or the world you want to see. Please join us for this one-of-a-kind exhibit to bring hope and inspiration to the climate movement today.

Submit a photo of your artwork to elisabeth@350nh.org and plan to bring it with you to the event!
